For those riding, there’s also a bike rack and a motorcycle park right outside the front of Izuba for those feeling adventurous.

Each workshop typically lasts around 1.5 hours, depending on the complexity of the piece you’re creating.

But let’s be honest… with over 300 charms to choose from, some of you might take a little longer to make up your mind (we totally get it, it’s like being in a candy store!).

Don’t worry, we’ll help keep you on track, but if you need a little extra time or guidance to finish your masterpiece, we’re here for you!

Absolutely! Our workshops are a fun social experience. You can sign up with a friend, or come and meet other creative individuals. We also offer private events, send us an email to organise your next event!

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned! If you're running 5-10 minutes late, we’ll do our best to catch you up with the rest of the group.

However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes after the start time, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate you in the workshop. This is because we want to ensure you get the full experience and that the session runs smoothly for all participants.

We recommend arriving a little early to settle in and make the most of your time with us!

We understand that life happens. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule, and we’ll help you find a new date. Refunds or transfers will be offered based on our cancellation policy.

Participants must be 12 years or older to purchase a ticket. If you're under 12, you can still join, but you'll need to be accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult must also have purchased a ticket to attend.
