Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your Izuba pieces to be carefully made, packed and posted from our South Beach studio.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
AUSTRALIA
• Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $150
• Flat rate standard shipping: $10,95
• Express shipping: $14,80
INTERNATIONAL
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location.
Please note that customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email from Australia Post.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
Once parcels are shipped, Izuba is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or international carriers.
If your parcel appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Izuba is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
