Return
Izuba, many of our pieces are custom made, personalised or carefully assembled just for you from our South Beach studio.
Because each piece is created especially for its new owner, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds on customised jewellery.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel and we will always do our best to help.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be accepted on selected non customised pieces if they are returned unworn, in their original condition and original packaging.
Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are not covered.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Custom or personalised jewellery
• Charm Bar creations
• Earrings
• Gift cards
• Workshop bookings
PLEASE NOTE
Shipping fees from the original order are non refundable.
Izuba is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during the return process.
